BPC believes all accidents are preventable, and the company’s goal is zero accidents. Only through continuous training, compliance with safety programs, procedures and awareness can we strive to achieve these goals. BPC is very conscious about job-site safety and continues to update its safety program on an ongoing basis.

Safety, as well as compliance to a drug and alcohol abuse program, is not just a company goal, but a requirement for all BPC employees.

BPC is assisted by annual audits performed by Sunflower Insurance Group for safety compliance issues. These audits keep the company in compliance with city, state and federal governments.

We are proud to maintain an excellent safety record as can be seen by our Workers Compensation Experience Modifier which has consistently been better than the industry average of “1”.
